Happy Valley Racecourse is the destination for Hong Kong racing on Wednesday evening, with a bumper nine-part program set for decision. The rail returns to the A course, and with consistent rainfall forecast in the lead-up, punters can expect a track downgrade into the Soft range at some stage. Best Bet at Happy Valley: Majestic Delight
Majestic Delight appears set to strike third-up after an eye-catching effort at this course and distance on April 16. The son of Unite And Conquer was no match for Lucky Planet but closed off nicely to finish in the minor money in just his second career start. He will strip fitter for that effort, and with Karis Teetan set to gain the run of the race from stall four, Majestic Delight should get every chance to claim his maiden.

Next Best at Happy Valley: Aurio
Aurio is yet to pick up a win after 10 starts for the season but appears well placed back in Class 4 company. The Capitalist gelding was unsuited over the 1400m at Sha Tin last time out and should appreciate getting back to his favoured track and trip, where the four-year-old has found the placings in one of two appearances. The booking of Zac Purton shows intent from the David Hayes barn, and provided Aurio can gain an economical run in transit from gate five, this guy should figure in the finish.

Best Value at Happy Valley: Setanta
Setanta is on the one-week backup after flashing home behind A Americ Te Specso. The son of Fastnet Rock is a two-time winner over the 1650m at Happy Valley and has an imposing record of 11 starts for three wins and two minor placings in Class 4 company. He should be peaking third-up, and with gate two allowing Luke Ferraris to take closer order than last time, watch for Setanta to be putting in the big strides late at each-way odds with the top racing bookmakers.
