Having never missed the Quinella in two stars at 1200m, he should get over from a wide alley and be too good for these. He comes off a second to the talented Better Than Groovy at the Sunshine Coast over 1200 metres last start and stays at the same trip in a much weaker race. He’s the one we want to be on.

Kelly Purdy’s Mishani Destroyer looks beautifully placed in race six at his sixth career start coming off a second at Ipswich over 1350 metres. The So You Think gelding should relish the 1400 metres and looks to get a soft lead under Robbie Fradd from barrier 8. In a race with no natural speed influences Mishani Destroyer will go straight to the front and make it win number two from six starts.
