Man In Motion is second-up after a strong maiden win at Ipswich. The horse won by just shy of two lengths on that day, and while it jumps slightly in weight, this is a winnable event.

Race 3 – Benchmark 75 (860m)

Seq The Star is seeking a hat-trick and looks well placed to achieve it. The horse has stepped up in class across its last two runs and has won four times from as many starts at the track. Hard to see Seq The Star not being competitive.

The Showman has been in great form this preparation, placing in back-to-back events before winning in a last-start run at Toowoomba. The horse gets a chance to back up the maiden win at the 16th attempts.

Prepee gets a nasty gate here but the horse’s form cannot be faulted. The horse delivered a strong showing at Beaudesert in its last-start run at this distance and we’re backing the mare in to deliver a powerful run.

Boom Boy has been in sensational form this preparation, finishing no worse than fourth across six runs. The horse broke the maiden two starts back before putting together a decent showing at a 3YO Handicap on May 22. This is a winnable event.

Hidden Budget has been in good form recently and gets a great chance to break through. At Class 2 level the horse finished within a length of Personalised, which only narrowly lost on Wednesday at a high level.
