Blue Diamond Stakes winner and runner-up, Tagaloa and Hanseatic head the Slipper field with Rathlin first emergency.
Trainer Chris Waller, who is yet to have a Slipper winner, has two runners, Global Quest and Hungry Heart.
Global Quest has had a mild health scare with Waller telling stewards the colt had a slightly elevated temperature on Monday but has worked well and continued to eat well.
The barrier draw will be done on Tuesday morning.
