Dee appeals severity of 10-meeting ban

Melbourne apprentice Michael Dee has appealed the severity of a careless riding suspension.

Dee was outed for 10 meetings over an incident in the Galilee Series Final at Sandown on Saturday.

His appeal will be heard on Wednesday morning.

Dee needs to get his penalty reduced by two meetings to be eligible to ride at Caulfield on Saturday.
