Race 1 – George Taylor Memorial Maiden Hurdle (3200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_01]

Clemmensen comes into this race hunting a hat-trick and we’re backing it to continue the hot form. The horse trailed well over the hurdles prior to its last-start win at Werribee, which will be highly beneficial.

Race 1 tip: Clemmensen to win at Sportsbet

Race 2 – Maiden Hurdle (3200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_02]

He’s A Genius won a hurdle trail brilliantly on April 9 and looms as a strong hope here. The horse only missed out by a nose on April 16 and the two miles will suit it down to the ground.

Race 2 tip: He’s A Genius to win at Neds

Race 3 – Maiden Hurdle (3200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_03]

Police Camp brings in by far the best form into this race and is going to be hard to hold out. The gelding has finished second in three of its last four runs, including a less than a length defeat Terang over the jumps.

Race 3 tip: Police Camp to win at Sportsbet

Race 4 – Maiden Plate (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_04]

Careering Away resumes here and will be ready to go fresh. In three-straight runs the horse has gone down by half a length or less and this is a winnable race in a big field.

Race 4 tip: Careering Away to win at Sportsbet

Race 5 – Gold Strike (1000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_05]

She’s Our Reward is one of only a handful of runners that has had a career start and the only one coming into this event that has placed previously. The filly was only six parts of a length away from victory on April 23 and it will take catching from the ideal draw.

Race 5 tip: She’s Our Reward to win at William Hill

Race 6 – Brierly Steeplechase (3450m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_06]

Weir runner Now And Zen is a star over the up and overs and will be right in the frame here. The old boy has a good record of two wins and a placing from seven attempts at the ‘Bool and we’re backing it in.

Race 6 tip: Now And Zen to win at Sportsbet

Race 7 – Benchmark 78 (2350m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_07]

Romanesque has been in great form recently and looms as the winner here. In three-straight races the galloper has placed, including back-to-back events where it finished within half a length of the winner.

Race 7 tip: Romanesque to win at Neds

Race 8 – Open Handicap (1700m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_08]

Tradesman is the best horse in this field and should show it here. The horse is third-up, where it has won twice from four attempts. From the ideal gate Tradesman will be able to lead and take this out from the head of affairs.

Race 8 tip: Tradesman to win at William Hill

Race 9 – Benchmark 64 (1000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_09]

Choisborder has made a promising start to its career and should be ready to go fresh here. Before being turned out the gelding took out a smart maiden race at the Valley and before that finished just half a length off gun prospect William Thomas.

Race 9 tip: Choisborder to win at Sportsbet

Race 10 – Benchmark 70 (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184851_10]

Jaws Of Steel resumed in great fashion on April 15 and we think the gelding can deliver second-up. The horse has a second-up win in the past and from a good draw it will be the runner to beat.

Race 10 tip: Jaws Of Steel to win at Neds
