Dalarkhani retired from stallion duty
Shuttle stallion Dalakhani has been retired from active duty by the Aga Khan Studs.
The 16-year-old grey, who stood three seasons at Cornerstone Farm in South Australia, has sired 48 stakes winners including Reliable Man, a Group One winner in France and Australia.
Reliable Man was trained by Alain de Royer-Dupre to win the 2011 French Derby and claimed the 2013 Queen Elizabeth Stakes for premier Sydney trainer Chris Waller.
He now stands at New Zealand’s Westbury Stud.
Dalakhani will live out his retirement at the Aga Khan Studs in Normandy in France.
