Race 1 – Maiden (1000m)

Integrated has yet to miss a place across four starts this preparation and is knocking on the door of a win. In a field where not a lot stands out this looks your best bet in the opener.
Race 1 tip: Integrated to win at Sportsbet
Race 2 – Maiden (1000m)

Talk’emaround placed third in its resuming run a fortnight ago and looms as a winner here. From the perfect gate the horse will be able to draw upon the experience of two career runs, which will be beneficial in a field littered with first starters.
Race 2 tip: Talk’emaround to win at Neds
Race 3 – Vic Picnic Racing Grand Final (1600m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184423_03]
The only thing holding back The Sands here is the outside stall. The horse has recorded three wins in a row and consistently shows plenty of heart. Will be hard to hold out.
Race 3 tip: The Sands to win at Sportsbet
Race 4 – Maiden (2060m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184423_04]
Beachwood improved dramatically second-up on the first of the month, missing out by a short head to Boss Tweed. The gelding should be ready to peak third-up and will enjoy the step up in journey.
Race 4 tip: Beachwood to win at Sportsbet
Race 5 – Maiden (1200m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184423_05]
Fille Gris resumes here and should be fresh and firing. Prior to being turned out the horse had recorded three-straight placings, including a second at Pakenham where she only just missed out. From barrier two it will be right in the mix to make an impact.
Race 5 tip: Fille Gris to win at William Hill
Race 6 – Class 1 Handicap (1400m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184423_06]
Hollywood Vine will spear out and attempt to lead this one from start to finish. The horse won brilliantly as a short-priced favourite last time out at Sale and we think it can jump straight out of the maiden grade into the winner’s stall.
Race 6 tip: Hollywood Vine to win at Sportsbet
Race 7 – Benchmark 64 (1000m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184423_07]
Monkey Magic has been great this preparation returning with a second placing before winning by just shy of three lengths at Cranbourne at this grading. The horse jumps up 2kg but should be able to handle that with aplomb.
Race 7 tip: Monkey Magic to win at Neds
Race 8 – Benchmark 64 (1200m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184423_08]
As It Lies is overdue for a win after finishing runner-up two times in a row. The horse missed out by a lip on both occasions and will be right in the frame from a good draw.
Race 8 tip: As It Lies to win at Sportsbet
Race 9 – Benchmark 64 (2060m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1184423_09]
As It Lies showed great improvement over its last two runs, culminating in a last-start second at Seymour at close to this grading. The gelding stays at the same weight he carried on that day and will be right in the frame.
Race 9 tip: As It Lies to win at Neds
