Munich should take this one out. The horse wasn’t disgraced in its two career attempts at Randwick, and resumes here after winning a trial on May 15. Should be hard to beat.

Race 1 tip: Munich to win ($2 at Crownbet)

Race 2 – Maiden Handicap (1100m)

First-starter Pedicel should make a strong debut here. The Lindsay Park runner has made two appearances on the trial track, finishing second and first in handy hitouts. James McDonald takes the ride, which is another big tick.

Race 2 tip: Pedicel to win ($4.80 at Sportsbet)

Race 3 – Benchmark 75 (1250m)

The undefeated Noble Creed will be in the mix once again. Despite drawing barrier 10 the horse has never had a second placed runner within a length and a half.

Race 3 tip: Noble Creed to win ($2.80 at Sportsbet)

Race 4 – Benchmark 75 (1900m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185900_04]

Hallelujah Boy has been in great order this preparation and is building towards a strong showing. Over its last three runs the horse has finished fourth, second and third, the last of which was a defeat by less than half a length. This appears winnable.

Race 4 tip: Hallelujah Boy to win ($5 at Neds)

Race 5 – Benchmark 73 (1550m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185900_05]

Alert By Sea has been in good form recently, placing in three of its last four starts. The mare has never missed a placing at Canterbury and should be highly competitive once again.

Race 5 tip: Alert By Sea to win ($11 at William Hill)

Race 6 – Benchmark 75 (1550m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185900_06]

Last-start winner King Hewitt should be in the mix once again. The Kim Waugh-trained gelding won well as a short-priced favourite at Wyong at the beginning of May and while its a step-up in class, this appears to be a winnable event.

Race 6 tip: King Hewitt to win ($4.60 at Neds)

Race 7 – Benchmark 75 (1250m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185900_07]

Rockafella has a win and a second placing from two starts at the second-up point in the preparation and we’re backing it in here. The horse was decent at Warwick Farm upon resumption, finishing fourth. A fitter Rockafella will see him around the mark.

Race 7 tip: Rockafella to win ($6 at William Hill)
