After All That gains Country C’ship start
Country Championship favourite Clearly Innocent is expected to take his place after an injury scare.
He will, however, wear a bar shoe on his off fore hoof to protect it after he suffered a stone bruise, the same problem which has ruled out his Greg Bennett-trained stablemate All Summer Long.
The Rod Northam-trained After All That now gains a start and will be ridden by James McDonald who had been named as All Summer Long’s jockey.
Despite the issue, Clearly Innocent remains the TAB’s $2.30 favourite for the $400,000 race ahead of the John Bateman-trained Lofty’s Menu at $3.80.
